E.C., Messrs Dodwell have informed Mr. Watts that

they are not yet aware who are the (intending) pur-

chasers.

I am to add that the tonnage of the vessel in

question is 910 tons net, that she took about 2,000

tons of coal, and that she shews no signs in any way

of being intended for warlike purposes. No sale

transaction under the Merchant Shipping Act,

has been notified to this Department.
